Refund policy

Returns
As a small business, we do not offer refunds but gladly accept returns for store credit unless marked as Final Sale.  Return inquiries must be made within 10 days of your delivery. To inquire about a return on an eligible item, please email us at info@letsgomahjong.com. Queen of Sparkles, special orders and pre-orders are not eligible for returns.

Cancellation Policy Let's Go Mahjong has a NO CANCELLATION POLICY from the time of purchase and cancellations may be subject to a 25% charge. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
